Below are the Holy Days of Obligation for the Diocese of San Diego in 2019 that do not fall on a Sunday.  The Diocese should oblige us to attend Mass on these days, but they may opt to offer dispensations when it is allowable via Canon Law. EMDR: Miracle Cure for Trauma?
